Basis of Retention: Available for the company's notification of products or events, it will be destroyed after being stored for 3 years, the average period of membership reapplication.

In principle, the company shall destroy personal information of members without any delay once it fulfills the purposes of collection and utilization of personal information. Destruction procedure and method are as follows:

If you enter personal information for membership subscription, etc., it will be moved to a separate DB (a separate filing cabinet in case of paper) after fulfillment of purposes. It will be destroyed after being stored for a certain period on the basis of information protection pursuant to internal policies and other governing laws and ordinances (Refer to 『Period of Retention and Use of Personal Information』). Such personal information on a separate DB shall not be used for any other purpose unless it is held by the case under governing laws.

- Personal information stored in the form of electronic file is deleted by technical methods that cannot play the records.
- Personal information printed on paper is destroyed through pulverization or incineration.
